The Most Important Meal On The Day

“Breakfast is the most important meal on the day”.

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar?

This statement is true.

After eight to ten hours of sleep, the body needs glucose. Glucose is vital for the brain and it’s the main energy source for the body.

Breakfast is the meal that the body uses to top up its glucose levels. So, the most important meal is breakfast.

If you skip breakfast, you will have a shorter attention span, be less alert, low blood sugar,  have taken longer to react and decreased productivity.

 

 Yogurt with a  fruit

Yogurt with a little fruit and seeds is an ideal breakfast and to fast to prepare.

With this refreshing combination, you will not have the feeling that you eat a lot, but your body will be full of various nutrients early in the morning.

In this combination you can take different fruits, but why not use an excellent source of vitamin C straight out of nature when you need it and is complementary to other flavors, you have to try.

Recipe

Ingredients:

200ml yogurt                                                                

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 smaller kiwi

1spoon of flax seed

 

Preparation:

Mix in yogurt a teaspoon of vanilla extract, add the sliced fruit and sprinkle the spoon of flax seeds. Good appetite!

 

 

Healthy strawberry and fresh cheese

With a great taste, you will have a dose of protein.

For the base, you can take slices of toast or rye bread.

Recipe

Ingredients:

100 g of fresh cheese                                 

50 g strawberries

Stevia

a slice of rye bread

Preparation:

Mix fresh, delicious strawberries into fresh cheese. Add the Stevia as desired and put on a toast or bread.

 

 

 

 

Fruit and dairy meal

After mixing in a blender, allow the dairy meal to stand slightly. So it will be dense.

Recipe

Ingredients:

150 g of fresh cheese

50 g  raspberries                                                    

1/2 banana

50 g of oat flakes

1 a spoon of flax seed

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

100-200 ml  water

 

Preparation:

Put all these ingredients into the blender, mix then put the mixture into the bowl,  and enjoy the healthy and good start of the day.
