The topic of hormone balance with age becoming more current. They come to the ranks of expensive medicines but you can prevent the need for hormones pills that regulate hormone changes.

Nature is all around us but unfortunately, we are not using plant so much. Regulating and stabilizing hormonal imbalance can be achieved by natural ways. These are just some recipe of natural ways we can make at home and regulate hormonal imbalance.

These are simple recipes and do not require a lot of time to prepare.

Tea from raspberry leaves

Raspberry leaves have been used to strengthen the uterus muscles. Scientific research has confirmed that this plant has a beneficial effect on the work of hormones.

Put one tablespoon raspberry leaves (can be used dried) in 200 ml of boiling water and let it stand for 10 minutes. Do not drink this tea before bedtime,  better during the day.

Golden milk

Golden milk improves immunity and leads to the balance of hormone levels in the body. This drink warms, refreshes and soothes. It consists of Turmeric, coconut oil and natural sweetener, which make a useful combination for regulating hormones and has a beneficial effect on the body.

Turmeric improves circulation and metabolism of estrogen.

In 200 ml of hot milk add half a teaspoon of turmeric and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. You can add honey, and drink it. This is better to drink in the evening.

Warm lemon water

Warm water with lemon contributes to reducing weight, removing toxins from the body, improving immunity, skin condition and digestion. The reason for this is that lemon affects the hormone leptin. If leptin is not in balance, the body begins to produce fatty deposits.

Put the juice of half a lemon in a glass of warm water and drink it. You will start in the morning with this drink.

This drink is also great for regulating weight as well.

So, if you have a hormonal imbalance try to solve it naturally.

Hello Maja,

I believe natural is the BEST solution for certain health issues. Moreover, as you have mentioned, some medications can be expensive. If we can use natural remedies to stay healthy, health issues will not escalate. As the saying goes – Prevention is better than cure. Good savings plus we are using common ingredients we already have in hand.

I do drink lemon water in the morning. Does it make any difference using room temperature water vs warm? The Golden Milk sounds good. Gonna try it.

Thanks for sharing.

I use turmeric and raspberry leaf! Love to see those are ways to regulate hormonal imbalance as well. I never thought of that when I started using them. Bonus that they can be used for those as well. It makes sense I have felt better since implementing the regular use of those. I appreciate the recipes. I am going to try the turmeric one!
