What is Moringa?

The tree is native to India but also grows in Asia, Africa, and South America.
This plant helps the body convert fats into energy, to lower blood pressure and cholesterol,  improves sexual function for men, reduce weight gain, reduce fat and improve energy levels.

Hello Maja. I have a small Moringa plant in my small backyard garden. Planted it from seeds given to me by a friend. Honestly, I do not know why I planted it but glad I did, knowing now its many benefits. I will have to find out how to use its fresh leaves.

Hello Maja, wow, I am so impressed with Moringa.. I did not have a clue even about its existence..and now to know all that it can do. Amazing what Mother Nature gives us, yes?

I have never heard of Moringa before, that is great that you can consume it in a smoothie and have great health benefits, especially for men. That is very interesting, will have to give this a try for Shawn, it sounds like it is good for women too?

Hey, Maja I like this post a few years ago I researched Moringo found out all its benefits. I went as far as purchasing some Moringa seeds and growing the tree it grew about 5 feet tall and stop growing. I did get to eat some of the leaves which weren’t too bad.
