How To Make Immunity Stronger?

Immunity is a complex system of protection and ability of the organism to resist diseases and infections, andthe entry of harmful microorganisms into the body. It keeps our body from getting sick and it is different in people. Someone immunity falls very seldom while by the other person gets cold to fast.

So we need strong immunity for our health.

What causes the weakening of the immune system?

Not only bacteria and viruses are causing fallen immunity.

One of the biggest factors of immune weakness is stress, then exhaustion, acute infections, age, etc.

Improper nutrition, constantly taking unhealthy foods, inadequate fluid intake, physical inactivity also leads to weakening of the immune system.

There are other factors that you may not be aware of destroying your immune system. One of them is canned food. Namely, in canned foods are placed chemicals that negatively affect immunity.

Microwave popcorns are also treated with chemicals that makes the fat not penetrate through the bag while frying the popcorn.

Research shows that the cooking utensils we love so much because food does not stick to the bottom, also contain chemicals that prevent the food from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Loneliness is a cause of the weakening of immunity. People are by nature social beings and the lack of contacts leads to the release of some hormones that endanger the resistance and immunity.

There are plenty of recipes on strengthening the immune system. In this article, I will give the recipe that has been really effective many times,  and consists of food that can easily be found in store or some grown in garden.

The ingridients used in this recipe are: honey, garlic, ginger and lemon

It is very important to use these ingridients in the winter when they are more often colds, virus, and flu.

What are the healing properties of honey, garlic, ginger, and lemon?

Honey is the only food that does not spoil. In the tomb of Pharaoh Tutankhamon, pots with edible honey have been found for over 3,000 years.

Honey is a mixture of a series of organic acids, amino acids, enzymes, pollen grains, essential oils, flavonoids, vitamins, and minerals. Sugars that give it sweetness are fructose, glucose, and saccharose. Vitamin B1, B2, B5, B6, C, D, E, K contains minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, iodine, copper, chromium and selenium.

Its healing is expressed in antiseptic action.

Different types of honey are targeted at different kinds of problems.

So, for example, sage and linden relieve the symptoms of respiratory organs and colds.

Ginger is a permanent bulbous plant from a lily family known for its roots.

It has been used for thousands of years as a medicine, spice, food and beauty product.

This plant originates from China but is grown today in many countries including Asia, India, Africa, and the Caribbean Islands.

Rich in essential oils, vitamin B, potassium, manganese, copper and magnesium.

It has analgesic, soothing and antibacterial properties, and it is also used for the treatment of allergies due to antihistamines.

Recipe for strengtheningĀ  immunity

To prepare this mixture you will need:

2 lemon (one for juice, one for slices)

3 big  cloves of garlic

1 small piece of ginger (about 5 cm)


One Jar

Plastic or wood spoon


Squeeze one lemon, the other lemon slice into small cubes,

slice the garlic and ginger too

Put all together in a jar and pour the squeezed lemon juice.

The jar fills with honey to the top.

Leave for one week at room temperature.

After a week you can take your blend for a powerful immunity.

If you want you can strain the liquid or take together with the chopped ingredients.

Take 2-3 tablespoons per day.

Take the first spoonful the best in the morning on an empty stomach

If you eat healthy food such as fruits and vegetables on a daily basis, walk in the fresh air, exercise, learn to cope with stress, your immune system will be powerful and able to resist the disease.
