Moringa contains oleic and palmitic acid, glucosinolates, and phenol carbonic acids. They cause a warming effect, give strength, reduce appetite and promote the early transformation of fat into energy.

At the biochemical level, glucosinolates get into the gastrointestinal tract, they dissolve to isothiocyanates, which are absorbed in the intestine and then help the body to burn fats and lose weight, which are saved for future use.

Another effect is water loss. This plant is a powerful laxative, therefore it promotes rapid weight loss due to dehydration. Care should be taken here that the body does not dehydrate. Take enough water.

The plant is rich in fiber which absorbs and remove toxins from the intestine, reducing the feeling of hunger and normalizing the activity of beneficial microflora.

All this contributes to weight loss.

Moringa leaves have a complete amino acid profile. Their quality protein component helps strengthen and nourish the muscles, making the exercise more effective.

How to Take Moringa to Lose Weight?

The good effect is to prepare Moringa leaves tea.

Add 2 cups of boiling water to the dried leaves and leave it for 2 hours. When the liquid is cool, it can be drunk.

 

 

Take this tea should be drunk during the day, as soon as you feel an attack of hunger. And only after 15-20 minutes after drinking beverage you are allowed to eat.

 

Smoothie Recipes For Weight Loss

 

Moringa Green Smoothie

Ingredients:                                                            

  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 packed cup spinach
  • 1 cup aloe juice
  • 1 tablespoon moringa powder

How to prepare:

1. Wash and pat dry spinach. Chop pineapple.

2. Add aloe juice, spinach, pineapple, and moringa powder to blender.

Blend and enjoy.

This green smoothie you can freeze for the next morning. For faster preparation of Moringa smoothie, wash, and dry leaves, chop pineapple and freeze. In the morning take it out of the freezer, put it into the blender, add Aloa, and Moringa then mix in the blender.

 

 

Sapodilla Smoothie

Ingredients:                                                                           

  • 4 medium sapodillas
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Moringa  powder
  • ⅔ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond flakes

 

How To Prepare:

Wash the sapodillas. Peel, seed, and roughly chop them.

Toss the chopped sapodillas into the blender and add almond milk.

Blend into a smooth paste and pour it into two glasses.

Add the chia seeds, Moringa powder and stir well.

Top it with almond flakes before drink.

 

 

 

Apple, Himalayan Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium apples
  • 1 dried fig                                                                                   
  • ¼ lemon
  • 1tablespoon Moringa powder
  • A pinch of Himalayan pink salt

 

How to prepare:

Wash the apples, take the pith out, and roughly chop them.

Chop the dried fig.

Toss both the chopped apples and figs into a blender.

Add lemon juice and give it a spin.

Pour the smoothie out into two glasses.

Add  Moringa powder and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt and stir well.

 

 

 

Green Celery Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped celery                                                            
  • 1 cup chopped pear
  • 1 teaspoon Moringa powder
  • A pinch of Himalayan pink salt

 

How To Prepare:

Toss the chopped celery and pear into a blender and give it a spin.

Add a teaspoon of Moringa powder and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt.

Stir well before drinking.

 

 

And do not forget, do exercises the minimum 2 times a week.
